What will happen in the dispensation of the fullness of time according to Ephesians 1:10?

According to Ephesians 1:10, in the dispensation of the fullness of time, God will gather together in one all things in Christ, both things in heaven and things on earth. Everything will be consummated in Him according to His purpose.

Les explains that Ephesians is one of the little letters Paul wrote from prison in Rome, taking us into the higher atmosphere of Christian doctrine and deeper waters. He notes this letter has no more reference to the Old Testament or the Jew, but is higher ground, the Body of Christ territory. In Ephesians 1:10, Les reads that in the dispensation of the administration of the fullness of time, God might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth, and everything will be consummated even in Him. He also connects this to Gentile believers obtaining an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him who works all things after the counsel of His own will.
