What did Josh McDowell do after he became a believer?
After becoming a born-again believer, his life's direction completely changed. He spent years traveling from college campus to college campus, proving to college students that Christ literally and physically arose from the grave. He also wrote a book on the proof of the resurrection.
Les explains that Josh McDowell started out as a complete infidel on a college campus. After graduating from college, he had been having so much fun destroying the faith of college students, even as a student himself, that he decided to take it one step further: he went to Israel to dig up all the proof that the resurrection was just a fallacy. But the more he dug, the more he proved himself wrong, and he came away a born-again believer. Les says the direction of his life completely changed, and he literally spent years going from college campus to college campus, proving to college kids that Christ literally, physically arose from the grave. He also wrote a great little paperback book on the proof of the resurrection. Les compares this to Paul proving to the Corinthians that Christ died and arose, which is the very hope of every believer.
