Why did Paul burn until his dying day to preach the Gospel?

The cross was unique because the Creator God took on flesh and bore God’s wrath for all sin, finalizing the sin debt once and for all. Since the only sin that dooms a person is rejecting the Gospel, Paul burned until death to get the Gospel of salvation out to lost people.

Les explains that Christ’s crucifixion was not just another crucifixion, even though thousands occurred. What made it unique is that He was the Creator God Himself, who took on human flesh to go to the cross so God could pour out all His wrath for sin. All sin from Adam until the last person was laid on Christ and judged, meaning even the vilest lost people’s sins are already atoned for and paid for. The only reason anyone goes to eternal doom is rejecting the Gospel. Therefore Paul burned until his dying day to get the Gospel of salvation out to lost people, and Les adds that if any of us gets a part of that, we would make a difference.
