Does Les Feldick send his books free to prisoners?
Yes. The teacher states that whenever people in prison write requesting the books, they are sent free to the prisons. He notes they receive many such requests and also send books free to missionaries for overseas ministry, while the standard $6 charge for others helps cover costs.
Les explains that this is a standing policy: whenever people in prison write for the books, they are sent free to the prisons, and he notes they get a lot of such requests. He also extends the same free offer to missionaries who want to use the books in their overseas ministry. For everyone else, the little books are a transcription of each 6-hour tape and are sent postage paid for $6, which he hopes will keep covering costs. He emphasizes that no one underwrites the ministry, they barely pay their bills, they have never asked for money on the program, and they must watch their budget.
