What warning does Romans 11 give to Gentiles about God's blessings and grace?

Romans 11 warns Gentiles that God's blessings and grace must not be treated as something to take for granted. The same danger Israel faced can come upon Gentiles, and the day is coming when those blessings and that grace will be taken from them.

Les teaches that Israel was literally feasting at God's table and receiving all the blessings and ramifications of that exalted position, but that position became a snare, a recompense, and caused them to fall. He then warns Gentiles of much the same thing: they must not take these blessings and this grace for granted, because the day is coming when it will be taken from them. The warning stresses that privilege and grace can be lost, just as Israel's table became a stumbling block.

Romans 11:9

And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:

Romans 11:10

Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.
