Will people argue with God at the great white throne judgment?

There may be a brief moment of protest, since Jesus said some will claim they did this or that, but for the most part the lost will be speechless before the great white throne. They will not argue successfully; they will be sent to their doom for refusing to recognize who He really is.

Les explains that there may be a little animation, or perhaps a brief objection, because Jesus said in that day they shall say, "but didn't we do this, and didn't we do that?" So maybe there will be a little arguing. But for the most part, when that lost person is drawn up before the great white throne, they will be speechless. Regardless of how many other gods they promoted or how much religion they practiced, they come before Him speechless and are sent to their doom because they refuse to recognize who He really is. Les also points out the sadness of a world full of religion that remains ignorant of who Jesus Christ really is, and he recalls how people were shocked when he stated Jesus Christ was the creator of Genesis 1.
