Does God's offer of salvation apply to Arabs as much as to Jews, and who do the covenant promises belong to?

God's offer of salvation extends equally to Arabs and Jews; He loves both alike. However, the covenant promises belong specifically to the nation of Israel, not to America, Great Britain, Scandinavia, or supposed lost tribes. Deuteronomy 30 foretells Israel's dispersion among the nations.

Les explains that an Arab caller was furious over the claim that the land of Palestine belongs to the Jew. Yet he stresses that God loves Arab listeners just as much as anyone, and His offer of salvation goes equally to the Arab and the Jew. The covenant promises, however, belong to the nation of Israel. He rejects British Israelism, which claims America, Great Britain, and some Scandinavian nations receive the promises as offspring of the ten lost tribes. Their European ancestors were lost and still are. Deuteronomy 30:1 gives a prophecy that Israel would be dispersed more than once, calling the blessings and curse to mind among all nations where the LORD had driven them.
