Where is the covenant promise repeated to Isaac, the son of promise?

Genesis chapter 26 records the covenant promise being given to Isaac. The Lord appeared to him and said not to go down into Egypt, but to dwell in the land; He promised to be with Isaac, to bless him, and to bless his seed.

Les teaches that Paul references the covenants in Romans 9:4 as given to the nation of Israel, never to the Church. After looking at Genesis 12, 15, and 17, he picks up the covenant promise as it is repeated to Isaac, the son of promise, in Genesis chapter 26. Les begins at verse 2, where the Lord appeared to Isaac and said, "Go not down into Egypt, dwell in the land that I shall tell thee of," and promised, "I will be with thee, will bless thee, for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will bless thee." He notes he may stop mid-verse to comment, but here it is.
