What does Psalm 148 list as being called to praise the Lord?

Psalm 148 calls all creation to praise the Lord: angels and hosts, sun, moon, stars, heavens and waters above, then earth's dragons, deeps, fire, hail, snow, vapors, stormy wind, mountains, hills, fruitful trees, cedars, beasts, cattle, creeping things, flying fowl, and kings of the earth.

Les teaches that Psalm 148 first calls the heavens and all their inhabitants to praise the LORD—angels, hosts, sun, moon, stars of light, the heavens of heavens, and waters above the heavens—because God commanded and they were created, established forever, by a decree that shall not pass. Then the psalm calls the earth and everything in it: dragons, deeps, fire, hail, snow, vapors, stormy wind fulfilling His word, mountains, hills, fruitful trees, cedars, beasts, cattle, creeping things, flying fowl, and kings of the earth. He notes they are all put into the same basket, everything thrown into the same account of responding to the Creator, all subject to the power of their Creator.
