Why did the disciples not fully understand who Jesus was after He calmed the storm?
They lacked full comprehension of who Jesus was because they could not grasp that He could speak a word and the wind would die down. Even after the sea became calm, they marveled, asking what manner of man this was that even the wind obeys His voice.

But they did not yet have the full comprehension of who Jesus was, because they still could not comprehend that He could speak a word and the wind would die down.
