Are any biblical prophecies given to the church?

No biblical prophecy is given to the church. Every prophecy in God's Word is directed to the nation of Israel, to whom the promises and prophetic promises were given. God's covenant and prophetic promises to Israel will still be fulfilled, including future events that technology now makes more believable.

Les explains that all the Old Testament is prophecy, prophecy, prophecy, and it was written to Israel. He stresses there is not a single prophecy given to the church—not one. All the prophecies of God's Word are directed to the nation of Israel. Paul is talking about not only the covenant promises but also the prophetic promises that everything God promised Israel is still going to happen. As we live in this age, it is getting closer and closer. Les tells his classes that all this prophecy would be hard to believe without our present-day technology, but now it becomes believable. For example, Revelation speaks of the two witnesses dead on the streets of Jerusalem who after three days rise from the dead and go up in a rapturous-like experience, and the whole world will see them go. Until satellite technology, that was tough to buy.
