What benefits do Christians in the Age of Grace receive even though they are not under the New Covenant?

Believers in the Age of Grace enjoy the benefits of the cross, the power of Christ’s resurrection, the coming of the Holy Spirit, and all the blessings of this Age of Grace, though they are not in a covenant relationship. They are members of the Body of Christ, with Christ as the Head.

Les explains that Jeremiah 31:31 speaks of a New Covenant that God will make with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. Although some theologians claim believers in the Age of Grace are under that New Covenant, Les says a plain reading cannot support it, since the covenant is made with Israel, and no one but. Yet he notes that believers enjoy the benefits of everything God did to fulfill this covenant with Israel: the work of the cross, the power of His resurrection, the coming of the Holy Spirit, and all the blessings enjoyed in this Age of Grace. It is not a covenant relationship. Instead, they are members of the Body of Christ, He is the Head, and they are in the Body.
