What is the whole point of Paul's gospel according to this teaching?

The whole point of Paul's gospel is that God has poured out His grace not only on America or Israel but on the whole world. Believers are responsible to tell the world that God's grace reaches even the vilest person, because where sin abounds, God's grace is always greater.

Les explains that the whole comprehension of Paul's gospel is that God has poured out His grace, not just upon America, not just upon Israel, but the whole world. That becomes the believer's responsibility: to let the world know that the grace of God reaches to the vilest person. Les illustrates this with Dwight L. Moody, who preached on the grace of God in Chicago and afterward found a weeping man on the back row. The man had been a recruiter for Chicago's prostitution trade and said countless young girls had ended up drug addicts, alcoholics, murdered, or having committed suicide because of him. Moody told him that is the grace of God. Les says this is as good an example as he can find other than Paul himself, showing that God's grace can go far beyond the most vile sinner we can dream of. It is incomprehensible and almost unbelievable if the word did not so clearly declare it. He repeats that believers are not under the law but under grace.
