What was the secret revealed about the Gentiles?
The secret revealed was that the Gentiles should come in under God's grace. This mystery had been hidden in God from the beginning of the world and was not made known in other ages, but is now unveiled by revelation, showing the fellowship of this secret.
Les teaches that this secret was an unveiling—something kept under wraps was suddenly revealed. The apostle writes that by revelation the Lord made known the mystery: the Gentiles should come in under God's grace. In other ages it was not made known to the sons of men, but now it is revealed. Verse 9 says this secret was hid in God from Adam, veiled and covered up, until made known. There was a time when no one knew these things.
