Was every prophecy about Christ's first coming fulfilled?

Yes. The context states that everything had been foretold, and every jot and tittle was fulfilled concerning Christ’s first coming. Prophecy was fulfilled to a great degree when He came the first time, while Israel under Peter and the eleven continued rejecting the offers.

Les explains that Paul comes on the scene rather late in the progressive revelations. The Old Testament had already moved through Genesis, the flood, Babel, Abraham, the covenant promises, Isaac, Jacob, Israel out of Egypt, Sinai, the law under Moses, and then the prophets pleading with Israel. That is prophecy. Then prophecy was fulfilled to a great degree when Christ came the first time; everything had been foretold, and every jot and tittle was fulfilled concerning His first coming. Even so, Israel under Peter and the eleven continued to reject all these offers, and God then saved another little Jew and sent him to the Gentiles, introducing the law-and-grace distinction.
