When did Paul appear in God's progressive revelation?

Paul appeared late in God’s progressive revelation, after the Old Testament law and prophets, after Christ’s first coming fulfilled prophecy, and after Israel’s continued rejection under Peter and the eleven. At that point God saved him and told him from day one He would send him to the Gentiles.

Les explains that Paul comes on the scene rather late in the progressive revelations. The transcript traces the Old Testament sequence: Genesis, the flood, the Tower of Babel, the call of Abraham, the covenant promises, Isaac and Jacob, Israel’s deliverance from Egypt, the law under Moses, and the prophets pleading with Israel. Prophecy was fulfilled to a great degree when Christ came the first time. Then Israel under Peter and the eleven continued to reject the offers. When Israel seemed to be going further away, God saved another little Jew and told him from day one that He would send him to the Gentiles.
