How is Paul's receiving the doctrines of grace like Moses receiving the law?

God gave the law directly to Moses, who then delivered it to the nation of Israel. In the same procedure, God gave the doctrines of grace by revelation to the apostle Paul, who then took them to the Gentiles. Both were received directly from God and passed on to a specific people.

Les teaches that just as God gave the law to Israel through Moses, who came down and gave it to the nation, so God gave the doctrines of grace to the apostle Paul. Paul received them by revelation, not by going to a seminary or a theologian. Paul then took these doctrines to the Gentiles, which was the same procedure: direct revelation from God, then delivery to the intended recipients. Paul wrote to the Ephesians about the dispensation of the grace of God given to him for the Gentiles, making known the mystery, the secret of Christ, which in other ages was not made known as it is now revealed to the holy apostles and prophets.

Ephesians 3:2

If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

Paul's revelation of the dispensation of grace is a whole new revelation, not an extension of Peter's preaching.
