Les Feldick Bible Study

How much time elapsed between Acts 9:25 and Acts 9:26?

The interval between Acts 9:25 and Acts 9:26 is three years. A gap exists there, identified as the three years, and the account is picked up in Galatians. There is a three-year time gap between verse 25 and verse 26.

Les teaches that between verse 25 and verse 26 there is a gap he calls the three years. He says there is a three-year time gap between verse 25 and verse 26, and that we must go back to the book of Galatians to pick it up, specifically Galatians chapter 1. He also notes that when people doubt his approach to the difference between Peter and Paul, he asks them to read Galatians 1 and 2 carefully, slowly, and with an open mind, without a commentary, and to read it for themselves.

Acts 9:25

Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket.

Acts 9:26

And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.
