What is the seven-sealed scroll in Revelation chapter 5?

The seven-sealed scroll in Revelation chapter 5 is the mortgage and road map of the seven-year Tribulation, during which the mortgage Satan has held since Adam fell is paid off. Its seals depict the judgments that bring restitution of all things and restore Earth to its Edenic condition.

Les explains that the scroll John sees in Revelation chapter 5 is the mortgage that Satan has held ever since Adam fell. The seals peeled off are the road map of the seven years of paying off that mortgage, which is the Tribulation. He connects this to the times of restitution of all things, when the earth, under the curse for almost 6,000 years, will be restored to its Edenic condition before sin entered and become a beautiful Garden of Eden once again. Even though Peter expected the Lord's immediate return if Israel repented, he also recognized they must go through the seven years of restitution of all things.
