How do the Gospel events relate to the covenant God made with Abraham?

The Gospel events—Messiah present three years performing signs, wonders, miracles, crucifixion, resurrection, and sending of the Holy Spirit—are the fulfilling of the covenant God made with Abraham. Peter addresses the house of Israel on covenant ground, showing these events fulfill God's promise to Abraham.

Les teaches that the Gospel events are the fulfilling of the covenant God made with Abraham. Israel had the Messiah for three years while He performed signs, wonders, and miracles; they crucified Him; God raised Him from the dead; and according to His promise He sent the Holy Spirit. Peter addresses 'all the house of Israel'—Jews, not Gentiles—and remains on covenant ground. Everything through those Gospels, Les explains, is the fulfilling of the Abrahamic covenant, and he directs attention to Acts 3:24-25 to confirm this.

Acts 2:36

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
