How could God put the whole redemptive plan together in eternity past?

God could put the whole redemptive plan together in eternity past because of His foreknowledge. The Godhead was involved in this work of redemption, and the elect were chosen not according to predestination but according to foreknowledge, as Peter writes to the dispersed Jews.

Les teaches that way back in eternity past, the whole Godhead put the whole plan together. The reason they could put it together was the foreknowledge. He points out that the crucifixion had to happen that way because it was in the predeterminate counsel of God. The whole Godhead is involved in this tremendous work of redemption. Peter writes to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia—the elect, believing Jews—chosen not according to predestination but according to foreknowledge.
