Les explains that all the past programs have been available on videotape and on the little books, and also now on audio. He tells viewers on television who are interested in these materials to contact them, and they will get them to the viewers. He also expresses appreciation for listeners' letters, saying every letter is read. He tries to answer pertinent questions personally, though he sometimes gets far behind and catches up occasionally, asking for patience if responses are slower than expected.
