Did Jesus know the exact day and hour of the end times from His divine side?
Yes, from His God side Jesus knew the exact day and hour. He could honestly tell the eleven it was not for them to know, while affirming the King is coming one day to set up His Kingdom in Jerusalem, and God knows the hour.
Les explains that even though he is sure Jesus knew from His God side the exact day and hour, Jesus could in all fairness honestly tell the eleven it was not for them to know. The King is coming one day, and He will set up that Kingdom in Jerusalem; God knows the hour. Les then turns to Genesis 21:33, where Abraham planted a grove in Beersheba and called there on the name of the Lord, the everlasting God. The Hebrew word is olam, a name of deity meaning from everlasting to everlasting, and it can also mean hide or hideth.
