How long after Pentecost did Stephen die?
Stephen was martyred seven years after Pentecost. According to the chronology given, Pentecost occurred in A.D. 29, and Stephen's death in Acts chapter 7 came in A.D. 36, making a seven-year period between Pentecost and his martyrdom. This seven-year span is often overlooked.
Les teaches that Christ was crucified in A.D. 29, and fifty days after His resurrection came Pentecost, so Pentecost was also in A.D. 29. Seven years later, Stephen was martyred in Acts chapter 7.
