Les Feldick Bible Study

Why does Les say everything in the Bible is in a distinct pattern?

The Bible's distinct pattern exists to prove Scripture is not something man thought up or invented. Its intrinsic arrangement shows only God could have composed it, especially as He groups things in sevens, which is God's perfect number, and it is not man's idea.

Les explains that people may know the various things Jesus said, but few realize that everything in this Book is in a distinct pattern. That pattern is for the purpose of proving to us that the Bible is not something man thought up; it is not man's idea. It is so intrinsically put together that only God could have done it, especially as He groups these things in sevens, which is God's perfect number. Les also notes that the term Jehovah in the Old Testament stood for the I AM, and all Scripture presents Jehovah as the I AM, as seen in Exodus 3 at the burning bush, and he connects this to the I AM statements in John, such as John 6:35 and John 8:12.
