Were Paul's churches made up of Jews or Gentiles?

Paul's congregations were predominantly Gentile believers, as the apostle wrote to Gentile believers at Corinth. Some Jews were present in all these congregations, but the majority were Gentiles. Paul came to these Gentiles first with the gospel that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.

Les teaches that when Paul wrote to the Corinthians, he was addressing Gentile believers. He notes that while there were some Jews in all these congregations, they were predominantly Gentile. Paul declared the gospel he preached to them: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose again the third day. This gospel is the purest form found in Scripture, and all of Paul's writings are pregnant with this theme.
