When is Satan cast out of heaven during the Tribulation?
Satan is cast out of heaven at the midpoint of the Tribulation. At that same midpoint, he loses his access to heaven and, knowing he has only three and a half years left, pours out his wrath on mankind alongside God's wrath.

Knowing he has only three and a half years left, Satan pours out his wrath upon mankind. This occurs at the same time as God's wrath, creating what Les calls a double-barreled attack on mankind, and all of nature feels it. The ultimate purpose is to pay off the curse so the earth can be delivered from it and enter the Millennial reign of Christ.
