Where in the Bible did Jesus tell the Jews to leave Jerusalem?

Jesus gave the admonition to leave Jerusalem in Matthew chapter 24. The surrounding context connects it to the midpoint of the Tribulation, when the Antichrist defiles the Temple and turns on the Jews, triggering the last half and the wrath and vexation of God.

Les teaches that Revelation chapter 12 explains where the Jews flee after leaving Jerusalem, the point Jesus admonished them about in Matthew chapter 24. He places this at the midpoint of the Tribulation, when the Antichrist comes in and defiles the Temple, turning on the Jews who had enjoyed a semblance of religious freedom during the first three and a half years. That midpoint triggers the last half, which is beyond human description and called in Psalms 2 the wrath and vexation of God, even though the earlier period still includes war, famine, pestilence, and turmoil.
