Why is the church not mentioned in Revelation after chapter 3 until eternity?
The church is absent from Revelation after chapter 3 because it was not present during the tribulation. It had no part in those episodes. Then, once eternity begins, the church becomes prominent again and is part of the overall eternal economy.
Les explains that the word "church" has been absent from the book of Revelation ever since chapter 3. The reason is that the church hasn't been around. It was gone all during the episodes of the tribulation, and the church had no part in them. But now that we're in eternity, the church again becomes prominent and is part of the overall eternal economy.
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
