Will infants and children under the age of accountability go to heaven?

Les explains that most Bible believers ascribe to the idea that infants and little tiny children under the age of accountability are going to be in glory. He points out that throughout human history, not very many infants got beyond infancy, and even in the third world millions of little infants live and die less than a year old. They are all going to be glory, as adults. He connects this to the need for a new Earth, saying it will be so huge that nobody will be crowded, and he contrasts this with the possibility that Heaven might be crowded. He also mentions the 1500 mile city as our apartments and food production on the new Earth.
