Does the recent peace treaty fulfill Daniel 9:25?

It may or may not be; the recent treaty is merely an agreement to agree or disagree and likely will not hold long. Daniel 9:25 points to the Antichrist's future seven-year treaty with Israel, which begins the final seven years.

Les explains that Daniel's 490-year prophecy had only 483 years fulfilled by the time Christ was crucified, leaving seven unfulfilled. The church age has been sandwiched between the 483 years and the final seven, and once the Body of Christ is complete, God will pick up where He left off with Israel. The opening event of that final seven years is the appearance of the Antichrist, who will sign a seven-year treaty with Israel. Regarding the recent treaty signed between Israel and the Palestinians, Les says there has been confusion. Some think it is the peace treaty that allows the Antichrist to come on the scene, connecting it to Daniel 9:25. But he says that may or may not be, because as far as he is concerned, this treaty is nothing but an agreement to agree or disagree and will not hold much water for very long. The Antichrist will still come as an ordinary human being, born of woman, flesh and blood, much like Judas, used by Satan, a charismatic political manipulator who can command attention at summit meetings and make a peace treaty with Israel in the Middle East.

Daniel 9:25

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
