Is the judgment seat of Christ about going to heaven or hell?

Les explains that the Bema is simply the Greek word for the judgment seat, a term that came from the Olympics where the seat of the judges was called the Bema seat. He notes that the phrase "judgment seat of Christ" is an unfortunate term because it is not about determining heaven or hell. Instead, it is the seat of judging for reward for those who are children of God, especially members of the body of Christ, who will come before the Bema seat one day for reward.
