Is Christ a Judge or a Savior at the great white throne judgment?

At the great white throne judgment, Christ functions as Judge, not Savior. Every unbeliever from all ages comes before Him. Their names are absent from the Lamb's Book of Life, and the record of their evil deeds is presented. This judgment concerns unbelievers; believers face a separate Bema seat review of works, not sin.

Les explains that Revelation 20's great white throne is the judgment of the unbeliever. Every unbeliever of all ages will come before Christ, the Judge not the Savior. They will realize their name was never in the Lamb's Book of Life, and the Books will record their evil deeds. No believers are at this judgment. Les then turns to II Corinthians 5 to show church age believers will stand before Christ at the Bema seat, a review of works only, never sin, because all sin was judged at the cross.
